The Grosvenor Guest House is a welcoming place with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location in Chester. The breakfast was lovely, but some noise from nightlife nearby might affect light sleepers. Overall, a good value for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a fab location and the rooms, though a bit small for two people, were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a quiet part of the city near the best pubs and food, with double glazing in place for a peaceful stay. The rooms were just enough and clean, but fell slightly short of the description and tended to get too hot at night. The service was exceptional with staff going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The prime location near the city center and attractions made it very convenient. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was delightful. However, the facilities were adequate with room for improvement.
